Adam earned a B.S. in Economics from the University of Massachusetts at Amherst in 2001, which led to an initial career in the mutual fund investment industry. Shortly thereafter, he turned the focus of his expertise from securities investments to real estate. Since then Adam has thrived in all facets of residential and commercial sales and leasing. Specific areas of expertise include buyer and seller broker representation, real estate investing, home renovation consulting, new development marketing, condo conversion, apartment leasing, foreclosures and short sales and all aspects of real estate contract negotiation. Adam is constantly expanding his knowledge in all areas of real estate, an approach that has resulted in his consistently being ranked among the top agents in Massachusetts and in 2010 being named Sales Manager of Metro Realty.
