Patrick Gray started his career in the Boston/Brookline real estate business in 2011. Since then Patrick has leased hundreds of apartments in Boston and Brookline, leasing apartments from over 60 different Boston landlords. He has also successfully served as a buyer’s agent in Boston’s expanding real estate market. Patrick graduated from Westfield State University in 2013 with a degree in Special Education.
Patrick spent to years as a Special Education teacher in Boston, during which time he still worked in real estate during school vacations and summers. In 2017, Patrick decided to focus solely on real estate.
His principles of commitment, integrity and perseverance led him to being awarded Blackstone Williams “Bulldog Award” for renting the most Blackstone Williams apartments in 2014.
Patrick is an Eagle Scout and has spent hundreds of community service hours helping sustain and improve the neighborhoods in which he has lived. In college he participated in Westfield State’s International Relations Club/Model United Nations team, serving as the club’s president in 2013. In 2015 Patrick proudly purchased his first home in the Boston neighborhood of Dorchester.
